WYOMING PROPERTY TAX REFUND PROGRAM AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR PROPERTY TAXES BILLED IN 2009 Filing Deadline: Monday June 7, 2010 · Wyoming Dept. of Revenue will be mailing applications to all applicants that applied to the Dept. for the 2008 tax year even if they were denied a refund. · New applicants may pick up an application from the Goshen County Treasurer's Office. YOU MAY QUALIFY IF RESIDENCY - You own your home. You have paid your 2009 property taxes on that home in a timely manner & have a receipt for same. You have been a Wyoming resident for the past five years. ASSESTS - Your total personal assets do not exceed $100,000. per adult household member. If you own other real estate, bank accounts and investments, they cannot value in excess of $100,000. YOU MAY QUALIFY IF

RESIDENCY - You own your home.

You have paid your 2009 property taxes on that home in a timely manner & have a receipt for same.
