DECEMBER 2009 PRESS RELEASE

             During the month of December Goshen County Victim Assistance provided services to 107 total victims with 16 new cases and 18 new victims. These services were provided through 14 Personal Contacts, 164 Written Contacts, 38 Phone Contacts, 40 Court Escorts, 46 Research and Restitution situations. Of the total new and ongoing cases worked in December 33 cases were investigated by the Torrington Police Department, 25 cases by the Goshen County Sheriff's Department, 1 case by the Wyoming Highway Patrol, and 1 case by the Wyoming Department of Criminal Investigation.
